    Rather than focusing solely on structure, policy, or individual leadership styles, this work examines the human aspects of leadership: how leaders show up, how they influence others under uncertainty, and if those behaviors are shaping an environment in which people choose to take ownership, remain engaged, and contribute beyond minimum expectations.
